55m Motor Yacht — Full Professional Galley Installation

A 55-metre custom motor yacht built at Marmaris. The owner's brief for the galley was unambiguous: professional kitchen performance, not a domestic setup scaled up. The chef who would work it was consulted at the design stage, which is how it should be.

We joined the project early, working alongside the vessel's interior architect before the galley space was finalised. That collaboration shaped the layout: workflow from cold storage through prep to hot section, drainage falls calculated from the start, ventilation hood position set before any linings went in. The result is a galley that works as a kitchen first and a showroom second.

The cooking suite is Zanussi Professional induction with an Electrolux Professional grill alongside. The main oven is a Rational SCC combination unit — the standard choice for professional galleys because it handles roasting, steaming, and combination modes in one cabinet, reducing the number of appliances needed. Refrigeration is twin Liebherr freestanding columns, easy to service anywhere in the Mediterranean. Dishwashing is a Winterhalter undercounter unit.

All counters, the ventilation hood, pot rails, and drainage channels were fabricated in 316L stainless in our Istanbul workshop and shipped to Marmaris for installation. Everything was fitted and commissioned during the final outfitting phase of the build.
