Ship Galley Design & Superyacht Galley Systems
A superyacht galley system encompasses the complete professional catering installation aboard a motor or sailing yacht: combination ovens, induction hobs, dishwashing systems, refrigeration and freezer units, 316L stainless steel counter and cabinet systems, and integrated ventilation and fire suppression infrastructure. Unlike shore-side kitchens, marine galley design must be engineered to withstand continuous vessel motion, salt-air corrosion, and SOLAS and flag-state safety regulations.
Vista Marine uses industry-leading equipment brands for marine galley installations: Rational and MKN marine combination ovens, Winterhalter industrial dishwashing systems, Hoshizaki marine refrigeration units and ice machines, Kenyon marine-certified induction hobs, and Vitrifrigo marine refrigeration systems. All these brands carry DNV, Lloyd's Register, or CE Marine approval, engineered to withstand salt air, high humidity, and continuous vibration.
Each project begins with a site visit personalised to the vessel's size, crew and guest capacity, annual charter programme, and shipyard schedule. Technical specifications, electrical load plans, and fabrication drawings are prepared; equipment orders and custom 316L stainless steel fabrication run in parallel. Full on-site installation and commissioning is carried out by the Vista Marine project team; all documentation is submitted in full to DNV, Lloyd's Register, or Bureau Veritas.
Our ship galley design and installation service is not limited to superyachts. We supply and install marine catering equipment for passenger ferries, cruise ships, research vessels, offshore support craft, and commercial vessels of all sizes — from 30-metre private yachts to 200+ metre cruise liners, both newbuild and refit.

Industrial Marine Laundry Systems: Capacity, Brands & Installation
A marine laundry system encompasses the complete ship laundry equipment that handles sheets, towels, bedding, crew clothing, and table linen aboard superyachts and commercial vessels. A typical configuration for a mid-size superyacht carrying 8–12 guests and 10–15 crew includes two 11–14 kg front-loading washers, two heated dryers, a cylinder mangle (flatwork ironer) for sheets and tablecloths, a steam ironing station, and a drying cabinet for delicates. All machines are mounted on anti-vibration isolators; deck mounting frames are fabricated from 316L stainless steel.
Vista Marine uses Miele Marine professional washing machines and Electrolux Professional industrial laundry systems for marine laundry projects. Both brands offer models specifically designed for the continuous motion, high humidity, and vibration of the marine environment. For larger commercial operations, Primus FX industrial machines are specified. Every model features marine-certified mounting points to ensure safe operation underway.
For larger charter yachts, cruise ships, or fleet operators, we scale up to 24–30 kg industrial units. On request, separate white and coloured linen circuits, water recovery systems, and centralised laundry management automation can be integrated. Every marine laundry project is planned with a bespoke technical specification based on the vessel's daily linen load, available space, and shipyard schedule.

316L Marine Stainless Steel Fabrication: CNC Cutting, TIG Welding & Classification Documentation
AISI 316L stainless steel offers dramatically higher resistance to pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion in chloride environments (salt air and seawater) compared to standard 304 grade. This advantage derives from the 2–3% molybdenum content of 316L. It is therefore the internationally accepted standard material for exposed marine deck fittings, galley countertops and sinks, deck BBQ units, and structural fastening elements. Standard 304 stainless steel is not recommended for any marine application in direct contact with salt air or seawater.
Vista Marine fabricates custom 316L stainless steel from its Istanbul production facility: galley countertops, undermount sinks, bespoke cabinet systems, deck BBQ and service units, drainage systems, ladder gratings, and structural mounting components. Every part is CNC laser-cut and TIG-welded, with all welds made under argon gas shielding. Parts are electropolished and passivated as a final step, ready for long-term corrosion resistance in the marine environment.
All fabrications use AISI 316L grade stainless steel; material certificates (mill certificates) are sourced from accredited Turkish or European manufacturers. Full material traceability as required by classification bodies (DNV, Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas) is provided. Welder certifications and all project documentation are archived and kept ready for flag-state inspections and Port State Control surveys.
Our custom marine fabrication service extends beyond galley and laundry projects. We produce bespoke solutions for superyacht bar counters, deck service units, and newbuild ship projects. We have fabrication capacity at every scale — from small accessories to modular galley system components — and ship packaged, ready-to-install to shipyards and ports worldwide.

Equipment is ordered from our authorised brand partners. All custom metalwork is fabricated in our Istanbul workshop.
Installation
Your dedicated project manager carries out installation on-site and coordinates with the shipyard to the vessel's refit schedule. Full commissioning, functional testing, and classification documentation are included.
