Vista Marine maintains a permanent workshop and parts warehouse in Tuzla, Istanbul — eight minutes from the Tuzla shipyard cluster and three hours by air from every major superyacht port in the Mediterranean. That proximity means equipment arrives fast and our team can be on site within 24 hours for urgent works on vessels in Turkish waters.
Outside Turkey, we deploy project teams to any port where the vessel is berthed. We carry our own hand tools and test equipment, freight larger components ahead of the job, and coordinate with the local port agent on customs clearance. Our clients do not need to manage that logistics chain.

Vista Marine can deploy an installation or commissioning team to any port in the world with four weeks' notice for planned projects, or within 10 days for emergency equipment failures on vessels in active service.
Emergency Response
Equipment failure at sea doesn't keep office hours.
If you have a galley or laundry system failure on a vessel in active charter or a delivery passage, call us directly. We maintain a prioritised spare-parts inventory for the brands we supply most frequently — Rational, Winterhalter, Hoshizaki, Electrolux Professional — and can arrange freight to any destination airport within 24 hours of an emergency call. For critical failures affecting vessel operations, we can have a technician on a commercial flight within 36 hours to any port with international air access.
