Miele Professional SOM washers run on 3N AC 400V / 50Hz. Generator load planning mapped laundry cycles, galley equipment peaks and HVAC draw across simultaneous-operation scenarios — ensuring no two maximum-draw events coincide.
Water and Waste Water
Grey-water discharge was planned in compliance with IMO MARPOL Annex IV. Daily water consumption per machine was balanced against the yacht's 8.4 t/day watermaker capacity — the vessel remains fully self-sufficient offshore.
Vibration and Acoustic Isolation
Anti-vibration mounts and acoustic infill panels were fitted beneath each machine. Night-cycle operation produces no perceptible noise in adjacent accommodation spaces.
